These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, located at https://melissahadleybarrett.com/ (the "Website"), and the purchase of products from our online store.


Products and Orders

  1. **Product Information**: We strive to display accurate product information, including descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we do not warrant that the information is always accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
  2. **Order Acceptance**: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in product information or pricing, or suspected fraud.
  3. **Pricing and Payment**: All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made at the time of order using the payment methods specified on the Website.


Shipping and Delivery

  1. **Shipping Policy**: We will ship products to the address provided by you at the time of order. Shipping times may vary based on your location. All purchases are shipped in discrete packaging. The sender details will be listed as RSHC Pty Ltd.
  2. **Delivery**: We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by events beyond our control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, or customs delays.
  3. **Tracking your order**: Want to know exactly where your parcel is, and when you’ll receive it? A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you once your package is on its way.



  1. **Return Policy**: Please be sure of your selection before placing an order with us, as we must adhere to health regulations when accepting returned goods. We are unable to accept returned products which do not meet your expectations or are simply not wanted due to a ‘change of mind’.

We will only replace items which are found to be faulty. If a product has a manufacturing defect, then you should return that product to us for a replacement.

To return a faulty product, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase. Please email admin@melissahadleybarrett.com if you have a faulty product which needs returning. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

  1. **Refunds**: Our products are not subject to refunds. Shipping and handling charges are also non-refundable.
