Specifically designed for men who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer.
This evidence based program is the only one of its kind in the world. There are seven self-guided modules full of advice, information and exercises, and a step-by-step guide to getting you back in action as quickly as possible. Once you get going it only takes 10 – 15 minutes a day, and there’s even things you can do to get an erection straight away!
How much do you really want your erection back?
Being diagnosed with prostate cancer is a frightening place to be, but
considering 96-97% of men do actually recover from it, the odds are pretty good.
After that, however, chances are you'll be left with a penis that
doesn't work properly, and that's kind of a problem, to say the least.
Now it may improve on its own, but it could take a couple of years, and do you
want to be sitting around in incontinence pants, waiting that long for an erection?!
Didn't think so.
We can even help you, get an erection straight away!
Welcome to the Penile Rehabilitation Program

There are seven, self-guided modules full of advice, information and exercises, and a step-by-step guide to getting you back in action.

Who is Melissa Hadley Barrett Director/Nurse Practitioner | Sexology MNurs, PGrad Dip Midwifery, GradCertDiabEd, BSc, PGrad Dip Sexology)
Melissa is an Australian Sexologist and Nurse Practitioner who's helped over
15,000 men with their sexual recovery post prostate cancer treatment.
Having worked in healthcare for over 23 years, she's also the Director and Lead Clinician of Restorative Sexual Health Clinic in Western Australia, and runs the highly successful men's sexual health podcast, The Penis Project.
"I'm not a cancer specialist, and I'm not a prostate cancer expert, but I am a Sexologist and Nurse Practitioner who spends the majority of every day helping men with their prostate cancer recovery."
Melissa is often featured in Australian media talking about men's sexual health issues, and post-prostatectomy cancer treatment, and has now taken all of that knowledge and wrapped it up into the Penile Rehabilitation Program.
"What most of my patients really wanted was a roadmap to recovery, a simple plan to follow, and over time this evolved into the Penile Rehabilitation Program."
It's been tried, tested and it works. Not every single time, unfortunately, but if you're looking for the best chance of recovering from incontinence and erectile dysfunction after prostate cancer, this is it.

How does it work?
You'll be given a range of exercises to restore your penile health.
Your penis is like any other part of your body, if you don't move it, you lose it. Well, of course you don't actually lose it, but you might suffer from shrinkage, or what's known as a buried penis. Yes, you read that correctly, and that's on top of the incontinence and erectile dysfunction. Read on to avoid it.
You'll gain a greater understanding of what's actually going on.
When the word cancer is involved it's always pretty scary. This program will allow you to gain a better perspective of what's going on, how your penis actually works, and what you can do to restore its function. Knowledge is power, as they say. It also helps to remove stress, which helps your recovery too.
You'll get on-screen advice from a highly sought after Sexologist, immediately.
The advice, knowledge and experience you're about to benefit from has taken decades to accumulate. Even if you wanted to talk to Melissa directly, it would take a lot longer to cover everything you can access right here, right now, at a fraction of the cost too.
You'll receive an 86 page workbook with worksheets, guides and tips.
Everything you need to remind yourself of the steps, record your progress and monitor the results. Delivered electronically, and as hard copy if you want as well, delivered free in discreet packaging to wherever you like.
You'll gain access to the only evidence-based, Penile Rehabilitation Program in the world.
An evidence-based program means we've combined clinical experience, the latest research, and patient preferences into a program that has been tried, tested and proven to work.
You'll be given steps to ensure your penile health continues.
The exact strategies, and three-step system you'll be given will help maintain the health of your penis on an ongoing basis. All of this will help to build smooth muscle, increase blood flow and improve intimacy with your partner.
You'll be engaging in positive action, not surrendering to the process.
Prostate cancer treatment is generally successful, whether you decide on a prostatectomy, brachytherapy, radiation or whatever else is right for you. It can feel rather disempowering though, but if you're able to take control of some of the process, it can do wonders for your mental health, and speed your recovery too.
Melissa was brilliant, using her friendly down to earth manner to first give me informative context (outcomes are generally a lot more positive than you might think), then outlining practical courses of action (before and after) that can be used to mitigate and even rescue the situation in the worst case scenarios."

Can I start the program anytime?
If you sign up now, you'll have access to the entire program forever. Or you can wait until you're ready to start putting it all into practice. Here's a few pointers to help you along.
If you've already completed your prostate cancer treatment.
You should start the program one month after the treatment is completed, or when erectile function starts to decline, whatever's sooner.
If you haven't decided what kind of prostate cancer treatment you're going to have.
You'll need to decide what course of action is best for you (some advice on that below) then you will be able to start some parts of the program in advance.
If you had erectile dysfunction before your prostate cancer diagnosis.
You can start the penile 'pre-hab' stage of the program, including daily PDE5 medication doses straight away. If you decide to go for prostate cancer surgery, then you'll need to stop one week before the operation, and start again the day after your catheter is removed. All of this is covered in the program, in great detail.
If you didn't have erectile dysfunction before your prostate cancer diagnosis.
You can only start the 'pre-hab' stage of the program, as above, if you've chosen to go with prostate cancer surgery. If you decide on another method of treatment, such as radiation, you should start the program as soon as possible, or at the very least when erectile function starts to decline.
What you can do, right now no matter what, is start eating a healthy diet, stop smoking and stop, or reduce, your alcohol intake. All of this will help you recover as quickly as possible.
Hopefully all of that helps, and, as to what kind of treatment is right for you? Well only you can make that decision, but maybe we can help...
How do I know what's the right treatment for me?
We deal with people in this situation all the time, and can help with your decision making process. It is confusing, and everybody has their own opinion on the best approach. Ask a surgeon? Prostatectomy is the way forward. Ask a radiologist? Radiation no doubt.
This is what you should do:
1. Access your country's prostate cancer foundation or society.
Most countries will have something like this, if you read their websites, you'll find all sorts of information about prostate cancer treatment. This is a great, un-biased place to start your research.
2. Visit a variety of specialists
Next, visit all the doctors and specialists you need to. Also, be prepared with a list of questions, and write them down so you don't forget. Make sure you include the following.
- What affect is this treatment going to have on my sexual function?
- What affect will it have on my incontinence?
- What's the quality of life afterwards?
- What are the survival rates?
Remember that knowledge is power, and this is a fact-finding mission.
3. Visit a prostate cancer support nurse or group
If you look around, you'll find a support group in your town full of people who have survived prostate cancer. There will be men at different stages of their journey, and you'll find a wealth of knowledge and experience of all the different treatments, from people who know what it's like.
If you work your way through all of that, you'll be in a much better place to make the right decision for your particular circumstances.
